Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef1 c minute rice (white) cooked1/2 C chopped onion2 cloves garlic1 cup canned whole kernel corn1 small can mushrooms1 small can black olives1.5 C salsa1/2 C Kraft mexican style cheese
Directions
Cut tops off peppers, clean out insides. Place on a pan in the oven and broil until sides are soft. Saute veggies, except for corn. Add beef to brown. Drain and add rice, corn and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes. Put prepared peppers in glass casserole dish. Spoon rice mixture into prepared peppers. Put cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
