Crockpot Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
WW Points - 54 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 cans, 15 1/2 oz. can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained10 oz. can tomatoes with green chilies1 large green pepper, diced1/4 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon cumin1/4 teaspoon garlic powdersalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
put chicken breasts at the bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle over seasonings. Then add the beans and finally the tomatos and chilis. Cook in crockpot for 6-8hours on low heat. Can add more peppers or garlic for extra spice if you like. Before serving, break the chicken smaller pieces.

    Except for cleaning up the chicken breasts, which I hate, this recipe turned out tasty and good; and that was with forgetting to put in the green bell pepper. - 12/10/07
