Kim's Crepes

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup all purpose flour2 tsp sugar1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups milk ( i use 1%)2 tsp melted butter2 eggs
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Combien them and refrigerate for 1 hour or 30 min in the frezeer. Cook in a small skillet pan coat with butter so crepe batter wont stick and pour just enough batter to cover the bottem of the pan. It will look just like pancankes when you need to flip them bubbled up on top. It doesn't take long. Then fold them in 1/2 twice in the pan and place on dish. makes 10-13 in small pan or if large skillet is used makes 5. If you want to spice them up you can top them with any fruit on of course you need suryp.
