Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove)Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove)*Great value Hash Browns, 2 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Blue Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled, not packed (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
cut vegetables, saute onions & peppers until soft. Add potatoes, stir until soft, add tomatoes & garlic. Scramle eggs, milk and salt/pepper to taste. Add to pan. cook until it starts to set. add blue cheese put under broiler until firm and cheese is melted and slightly browned
