Ingredients
Chicken breast, zuchinni, summer squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, whole wheat penne
Directions
3 servings-Cut chicken into cubes and brown, add diced tomatoes, then all of the other vegatables cubed. Season to taste with: Italian seasoning, garlic, basil, and oregano. Boil pasta and drain. Mix everything together. Top with Parmesan cheese (optional)
