Easy Macaroni Salad

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked4 large eggs1/2 cup light mayonaise1/2 cup fat free ranch salad dressing1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 tsp each salt, ground black pepper & paprika
Heat 6 cups water to boiling in a 3 qt saucepan. Add room temperature eggs and the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes until pasta is done, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat & remove eggs to a bowl of very cold water. Drain pasta & cool under cold running water, stir to cool all pieces. Let drain then pour into a 4 qt bowl. Peel cooled eggs & chop into small pieces. Add to pasta along with bell pepper, celery, salt, ground black pepper & paprika. Stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and ranch salad dressing. Stir into pasta until well mixed. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 8 (3/4 cup) servings.
