Chocolate Hazelnut Meringues

Ingredients
2 egg whites1/8 t cream of tartar1/8 t salt1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Directions
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form. (Will take several minutes with an electric mixer). Gradually add sugar and cocoa until stiff peaks form. Fold in hazelnuts. Drop onto a parchment-covered baking sheet with a rounded tablespoon. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes.

Makes 15 cookies.
