Turkey Meatload

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey2 eggs1/4 c ketchup1 small onion chopped1tsp pepper1 tsp parsley flakes1 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients but milk. Form into loaf and put in pan. Cover loaf with milk. Cover with foil. Cook for 45 minutes @ 350. Remove cover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
