Beef Tips with White Rice

16 oz beef stew meat trimmed 1 10oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup1-10 oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup2 oz of Dry Brown Gravy MixSalt and pepper to taste2 C. white rice.
In med. saucepan, boil tips till done. Drain tips, reserving 2 cups of broth. In medium saucepan or crock-pot add your soups and brown gravy mix and mix well. Add broth until gravy is thick. Add tips and simmer for 25 min stirring occasionally.
Cook white rice as directed on pkg.and serve Tips and gravy on bed of white rice.
