Black Pepper Chicken & Chop Suey Veggie w/brown rice

Ingredients
10 oz chickenPacket of Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper sauce (found at Walmart in Asian section)Can of Chop Suey VegetablesInstant Brown RiceNon-stick spray 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
Directions
Cook rice according to directions.

Slice chicken into small piece and stir-fry in the Olive oil.
Add packet of sauce and can of veggies into pan when chicken almost done cooking.

Makes 4 servings = 1/2 cup of rice and 3/4 cup of chicken/veggie mixture.
