Greek Nachos

Ingredients
8 oz Pita Chips4 oz Feta Cheese4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese1 oz Pitted Kalamata olives1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes1/2 cup Fire Roasted Red Peppers1 tbsp (divided) Olive OilPepperoncini to tastefresh oregano to taste2 cloves garlic
Directions
Mix roasted red peppers with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, fresh oregano and garlic. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes
Heat oven to 350 degrees
spread chips in a single layer and sprinkle on both cheeses. Place in oven for about 10 minutes until the cheeses melt.
Then add the other toppings, then add the roasted pepper salsa on top and enjoy!
