4 tomatoes1 green pepper2 cucumbers1 onion46 oz. tomato Juice1/4 c olive oil3 tbs wine vinegar1 clove garlic1/2 tsp basil1/4 tsp black pepperfresh snipped parsley
Directions
Dice all the vegetables and mix all ingredients together in large bowl. For best flavor, refrigerate for 24 hours before eating.
