Ingredients
Olive Oil Spray2 egg whites 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats1/4 cup FF milk 1/2 cup chopped parsley1 TBS dried minced onion1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp dried garlic powder1 lb 96% lean ground beef1/4 tsp salt* optional1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Makes 4 (8-meatball) servings.

Preheat oven to 400degrees. Coat large baking sheet with oliv oil spray.

In a medium bowl, using a fork, mix together the egg whites, oats, and milk until well combined. Add the parsley, onion, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes and mix until combined. Mix in the beef till well combined.

Makes 32 uniform meatballs, each about 1 3/4" diameter - use 2 tablespoons for ease. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or no longer pink inside.

    I also love this recipe! To cut a few calories I use a pound of ground chicken, sub in coconut milk and cut the breadcrumbs to a heaping 1/8 cup. I also use fresh cut onions because I love the flavor! - 8/4/11
