Cream Cheese Mixture1 (3oz) package cream cheese1 egg1/3 cup sugar1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chipsCupcake Mixture1 1/2 cups flour1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp baking soda1 cup water1/3 cup vegetable oil1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray cupcake pan(s) with cooking spray.
Mix together softened cream cheese, egg, sugar, and chocolate chips and set aside in a refrigerator.
Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix together well.
Fill muffin tins 1/3 full with the batter and top with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture.
