Bessie's Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour1 c skim milk1/2 c. blueberries3 T no calorie sweetener 2 t. baking powder2 eggs (seperated)2.5 T butter1 t vanilla extract
Directions
griddle to 350. mix all dry ingredients into large bowl. seperate eggs & beat whites until stiff peaks are formed. Melt butter & add yolks. Pour into middle of dry ingredients & mix together. When all mixed, add stiff egg whites & gently fold in. Fold in blueberries.
