Egg Salad, no mayo

Ingredients
6 large eggs1/8 cup chopped onion1/8 cup chopped celery1 Tbsp veganaise2 tsp yellow mustard2 Tbsp sweet relishsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 3, 1/2 cup servings

hard boil eggs, cool, peel, chop and put in bowl, season with salt and pepper if desired
add remaining ingredients and mix well, chill before serving
