Chinese Chicken Salad - no sugar added

Ingredients
1 small head cabbage, sliced in long, thin slices4 green onions, sliced1 bunch cilantro1 cup cherry tomatoes8 Tbs Sunkist Almond Accents Ranch Style4 Tbs Fresh Gourmet Wasabi Ranch Wonton Strips2 Tbs sesame seedsdressing2 Tbs vinegar4 Tbs low salt soy sauce4 Tbs sesame oil4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil3 Tbs lemon juice1/2 tsp salt2 dashes cayanne pepper4 packets splenda
Directions
Add cooked, diced chicken to dressing and let sit in fridge while preparing salad. Shred cabbage, slice green onions and pick off leaves from cilantro. Toss in chicken, tomatoes, *almond accents, **wonton strips and roasted sesame seeds.

*blanched, slivered almonds can be substitued for almond accents for lower sodium

**wonton strips can be eliminated if desired - they are yummy though!
