Ingredients

    6 Cups Shredded Cabbage
    2 Cooked cubed Chicken Breast
    1 Green Onion sliced
    1 pkg. Ramen noodles
    3 tbs Sliced Almonds
    2 Tsp Sesame Seeds

    1/3 Cups Sugar
    3/4 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
    2 tbs Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Make Dressing with sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil. Set Aside.

Combine cabbage, chicken, and onions. Toss. Crumble noodles. Discard seasoning. Add noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Add dressing and toss.

    I did this with rice vinegar, as well. Really nice flavor. Only used 1/4 tsp. salt and it was, to my taste, salty enough. Great recipe. - 5/19/21
