My Fruit and Green Salad

* Fresh Express Baby Spinach, 1 cup (remove) * Fresh Express Sweet Tender Greens, 1.5 cup (remove) * Farmstand Shredded Carrots from Farm Fresh, 1.5 oz (remove) * Sweet Almond Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove) * Raspberries, .5 cup (remove) * *Dole Mandarin Oranges, 0.5 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
To start if you make this you might want to add more greens I ended up with a lot of fruit left in the bowl in the end. Of course I only used 1/2 of a serving size on all the greens and the carrots. Mix all the veggies and fruits in a bowl then top with almonds. Then mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a separate container. Then pour of salad and enjoy! It is so light and fresh tasting had it as a late dinner after a late evening workout. Did not feel bogged down from it. Hope you enjoy this is one serving and it is plenty!
