Banana Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of Publix brand pina colada flavored low fat frozen yogurt (or any brand)1 cup nonfat milk1 small banana
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients into blender and mix until well blended.

You can even put them into Popsicle containers for a nice frozen treat!!!!
