Ingredients
1 1/2 cucumbers, peeled, quartered and sliced1/2 cup Wildwood Plain Soyogurt2 small cloves garlic, crushedsalt to taste
Directions
Slice cukes into small pieces. Add crushed garlic. Sprinkle with sea salt and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well.
