Country Pasta chicken da Vinci

16 oz Country Pasta egg noodles1 lb chicken breast3 links Italian turkey sausage1 med red onion1 red bell pepper2 cloves garlic1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1/4 cup olive oil, divided
Makes 8 servings, approx 1 cup of pasta and 2/3 cup meat/veggie mixture
Cook 1 lb of egg noodles according to package directions. Drain, then toss with 1/4 cup olive oil and set aside.
Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in skillet. Add cubed chicken and sliced sausages, saute 5 minutes. Add pepper, onion, and mushrooms; cook until done. Add garlic in last 5 minutes of cooking time. Toss with freshly grated Romano cheese if desired, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
