Ingredients
Directions
* 5 medium sized fresh strawberries* 1 medium sized fresh kiwi* 2 ice cubes* 1/2 cup milk (I factored in Skim, but soy works too)
Take and remove the stem off of 5 medium sized fresh strawberries. Cut the stems/ends off the kiwi. Place both the strawberries and kiwi in a ziploc bag into the freezer. I usually let it sit over night, but a 2-3 hours works, too.
Remove ziploc from freezer. Carefully peel the kiwi. Watch out, it will start "melting" on you. Place the frozen strawberries, peeled and now slightly frozen kiwi, two ice cubes, and 1/2 cup of milk in a blender. Mix/Puree' - NOTE: It will be really thick! Enjoy!
I like to top mine off with some really light whipped creame and a pinch of sliced almonds.
