Mama's Spaghetti Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef10 30% Less Fat Ritz Crackers, crushed1 egg white1/4 tsp pepper1 tbsp onion flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine meat, cracker crumbs, egg white & pepper. Shape into 12 meatballs, each about 1" in diameter. Place in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 mins or until meatballs are cooked through.
Use on top of spaghetti with pasta sauce.

    Very nice recipe. Easy and simple; I had a bunch of kids over last night so I doubled the recipe and used a combination of ground beed and turkey (didn't have enough beef in the house) and I added a few fresh herbs. The kids loved the meatballs, I'll make them again! - 1/13/08
