Mustard Greens
Cook smoked turkey neck bone (1). Wash greens, cut onion & garlic, while the neck is boiling. Remove neck from boiling water to cool. Add all items to the water that the turkey neck boiled in; this includes the red pepper to taste, and vingar. Pick the meat, allowing the greens and other items to cook on low, add meat after removed from the bone. Cook a few more minutes.
