Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 c white flour1 c. old fashioned oats1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt2 egg whites1 egg1 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce1/4 c. canola oil1/8 c. milkTopping1/4 c. brown sugar, packed1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl, whisking until combined. Stir wet ingredients into dry, mixing just until combined. Scoop by 1/3 cupfuls into lined or sprayed muffin pans. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle over tops of muffins.

Bake @ 350 for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean. Cool.

Makes 18 muffins.
