Ingredients
Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain (1 whole muffin per serving or 2 halves.)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk (you can use either shredded or sliced) I get mine from the deli section of the grocery store and ask them to equal the slice to .5 oz.Oregano or Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp (really, just a pinch)Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added (2 teaspoons per half)You can always add a veggie or two.
Directions
I don't bother toasting the muffin, but you may find that you prefer to do so. Put the sauce on. Usually a couple of spoonfuls of sauce will do it for each half. Put the oregano or Italian Seasoning on. Just a pinch will do. Put the cheese on. No need to pile it on. I broil it for 16 minutes in the toaster oven. One whole muffin (2 halves) is 1 serving.
