1 can tomatoes (spiced or regular)1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 onion - chopped1 can sliced mushrooms
Brown ground beef in frying pan, add onion and mushroom to tender. Stir in tomatos (you can add tomato sauce as well if you like) Heat through, serve over buns or bread.
