Low Fat Zippy Hummus

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and well rinsed.4 cloves of garlic4 TBSP tahini4 TBSP lemon juicepinch of salt1 tsp ground cumin2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp tabasco (or to taste)1/2 cup greek style yogurt
Directions
Makes 5 servings of 1/2 cups each.
Drain the chickpeas and rinse well. Process in a food processor with the garlic until texture is what you like. Add spices and yogurt and process.
