*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove) * Cucumber (peeled), 4 medium (remove) * Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove) * *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
Peel & seed all veggies & mango. Chop into 1/2 to 1' pieces. Mix seasoning, oil & vinegar together and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8 .75 cup servings or more, depending on the size of your veggies & mango.
