Nancy's Delicious Coleslaw

Ingredients
Slaw Mix (you can substitute prepared slaw mix):5 cups shredded cabbage1/2 cup almonds, toasted1 cup dried cherries (or cranberries)1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup green onions, white and green parts1/2 cup chopped green pepperDRESSING:1/2 cup light mayonnaise1 tblsp sweet pickle relish1 tblsp honey mustard1 tblsp honeysalt and pepper
Directions
Mix slaw ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients separately and pour over slaw. Best if a few hours is allowed for flavors to blend but not essential.
