Ingredients
Smart Balance Canola/Olive Oil Omega 3, 1/2 cupNakano Italian flavored vinegar, 1/4 cupOnion, 1/2 cup dicedYellow Pepper, 1 whole, choppedRed Pepper, 1 whole, choppedCucumber, 1 whole, chopped
Directions
Boil pasta and drain. Chop veggies while cooking pasta. Add veggies with rinsed and drained pasta. Add oil, vinegar, and whatever seasonings you like to taste. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve.
