Ingredients
11 oz thin sliced london broil2 garlic cloves, minced2 tbsp butter1/2 tsp Better than Bouillon, Organic beef1/2 cup water14 oz can peeled tomatoes (sliced in half, deseeded)2 tbsp soy saucedash hot saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown london broil in butter on medium/high heat. Add bouillon, water, tomatoes, peppers and garlic and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, hot sauce and salt and pepper and simmer 2 minutes.
Serve over rice.
