Vegetables and Couscous with Tilapia

Ingredients
* *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 3 cloves * Basil, 2 tbsp * Parsley, 4 sprigs * *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper * Salt, 0.25 tsp * Cilantro, dried, 0.25 tbsp * Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) * Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped * *Couscous (dry), 0.25 cup * *Tilapia, 1.5 oz * Beans, red kidney, 3 tbsp
Directions
Place Olive oil in a cooking pan, add garlic, pepper, with herbs (basil, cilantro, mint, parsley), onions, saute, add salt. Add Tilapia, carrot, cabbage, beans. Simmer for a few minutes, add a dash of white wine if available, otherwise use half a cup of water. Add couscous, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
