Ingredients
10 oz Barilla Plus Rotini Pasta 4 Medium Whole Red Ripe Tomatoes1/2 Cup Olive OilFresh Basil to taste (approximately 2 Tbs.)Salt to tasteBlack Pepper to tasteMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz3 cloves GarlicRed Pepper Flakes to taste
Directions
Combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, garlic and pepper flakes. allow to sit for flavours to marry.

Cook pasta, drain, DO NOT rinse pasta. Fold in cheese while pasta is very hot. Combine renaming ingredients.
