Ingredients
1 medium peach, petted and cut into 1/4 inch cubes1 mango, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch cubes1 small chili pepper, seeded and chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup parsley, chopped1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice1/4 tsp. finely grated orange (or lime) zestSalt and Black Pepper to taste
