* Agave Nectar Stick, 9 stick * *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 2 cup * Almond Butter, .5 cup * Protein Technologies International ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate, 100 grams * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3 tbsp * Egg white, 4 serving
Mix well and put on parchment paper so it won't stick and then use waxpaper on top to help roll out and flatten out don't leave waxpaper on top it is used only to help flatten out and not get hands all sticky in the process ..
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. or until crispy and brown Enjoy and let me know if you liked.
