Blueberry Peach Crumble Pie

1 cup graham cracker crumbs9.5 tbl butter, divided5 medium peaches, peeled, chopped2 cups blueberries1 tbl cornstarch1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup oatmeal, old-fashioned1/2 cup flour1/3 cup brown sugarcinnamon and ginger to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Melt 3.5 tbl butter and mix into crumbs. Press into pie plate, and bake in preheated oven 8 minutes. Meanwhile mix peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put into pie crust. Top with crumble - mix together flour, oats, brown sugar and spices. Cut in remaining butter till mix resembles peas. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes till crumble browns and fruit is bubbling. Serves 10.
