* *garam masala, 1 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove) * *ground tumeric, 0.5 tsp (remove) * *ground corriander, 0.25 tbsp (remove) * Cilantro, dried, 0.25 tbsp (remove) * Curry powder, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove) * Almonds, 1 cup, whole (remove) * Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, halves and whole (remove) * unsweetened coconut flakes, 16 tbsp (remove)
Directions
process coconut. add 1 cup boiling water. let stand 30 minutes.

blanch almonds. deskin.

ground cashews, almonds, coconut "milk", bananas in processor.

cooked onions* and spices on stove top. added veggies* and cooked through. added blended sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. serve with rice.
