White Puree -- from the Sneaky Chef

Ingredients
1 cup coarsely chopped zucchini squash1 cup chopped cauliflower floretswater, as needed
Directions
Place zucchini and cauliflower into a food processor or blender. Puree/liquify. Add 1/4 tsp of water at a time, if needed. This puree can be stored in the refrigerator, or frozen for future use in healthy recipes.
