Mushroom Chicken Bake

Cream of Mushroom Soup- 1/2 canSkinless Chicken Breast(shredded)- 6 ouncesMedium Grain White Rice- 1 cupPaprika- 1/4 tspMrs. Dash origional blend- 1/4 tsp
Serves two (multiply to make larger servings)
1. Shred and broil the chicken til it's fully cooked to your liking. Take it out and let it cool.
2. Boil the rice to its fully cooked point.
3. Strain the rice and put the rice in a nonstick, ovensafe pan.
4. Stir in the chicken shreds.
5. Stir in the paprika and Mrs. Dash origional blend.
6. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees.
7. Take it out of the oven until it's cool enough to eat

My husband is retired and cooks have of our meals. Yesterday (after I made 3 different recipes over the weekend) that his cooking was boring - that he didn't know how to make casseroles or anything new. This recipe will be perfect for him to try.
