Wheat Berrie Salad

Ingredients
2 stalks celery, diced2 carrots, diced1/4 lg onion, diced1Cup frozen peas1 can white beans2 cups cooked wheat berries2 Tbs Vinegar2 Tbs lemon juice1/3 cup olive oilspicesgarlic
Directions
Cook wheat berries as directed on package,
cool wheat berries
add veggies

in small bowl, mix together vinegar, juice, spices, garlic, and oil.
whisk and pour over mixture, fold together
Refrigerate
