Homemade Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
1 C Granulated Sugar1 C Water1 tsp Light Corn Syrup.5 C Dry Cocoa Powder, unsweetened1 tsp Vanilla ExtractDash of salt
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a pot, and bring to a simmer. Stir at a simmer for one minute, then take it off the burner, and let it cool. Transfer into a container. Yields 16 1-oz servings

    Unfortunately, the hubby hates splenda--this is flavorful enough though, that you could get away with less than an ounce in your mocha, which would give you the amount of cals you want.
