Diana's homemade, made up flexible muffins

Ingredients
smash banana with fork, blend egg, molasses, and milk in one bowl. in your magic bullet put oat bran and flax seed and grind to flour like texture and place in bowl with rice flour, baking powder, salt, and spices. mix wet and dry and add blueberries, or cut up apple, or cranberry raisins, whatever you feel like. calories is with blueberries but only 80 calories a piece.
Directions
makes 12 cup cake size muffins, spray pan with non stick spray
bake at 400 degree oven for 10 or more minutes until tops are dry and raised. don't burn' em
