1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup1 Cup of milk (1%)1-2 Tsp curry powder1/2-1C Mozzarella Cheese1/2 C bread crumbs or crackers crumbled2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled
Boil chicken. (I added carrots and celery to the broth but you could choose any veggie that your family likes). While chicken is cooking, mix together Cream soup, milk, and curry. Dice chicken and add to soup mixture. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Approximately 12 servings.
