Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken breast (precooked)2 tbsp. Extra Virgin olive oil2 tbsp. corn starch1/4 tsp. black pepper3 cups chicken broth1/2 cup frozen peas
Directions
Mix oil, cornstarch, and pepper into saucepan. Begin leating over medium heat. Add chicken broth, stir until boiling. Cook about 2 more minutes until sauce thickens. Add precooked chicken and peas. Serve over rice. Makes 6 serviings.
