Banana Breakfast cookies

Ingredients
.5c peanut butter.5c applesauce.75c brown sugar1 egg1tsp vanilla2 bananas.5tsp baking soda.25tsp salt.75c whole wheat flour.25c flax2c oats1c dried fruits (cranberries/cherries)
Directions
Oven set to 350 degrees. Beat the peanut butter and applesauce together, mix in the brown sugar. Then beat in the egg and vanilla. Add Banana, baking soda, and salt. Mix in the wheat flour, flax, and oats. Add dried fruit.

1/3 cup scoops on pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
