Golden French Toast

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg mixed well1/2 cup apple juice1/2 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract8 slices whole grain bread1 cup non fat yogurt1 Tbsp honey1/4 tsp almond extract2 cups raspberries1 banana thinly sliced
Directions
Serves four-two slices per person
Beat together eggs, apple juice,water and vanilla.
Pour into baking dish.
Coat bread,allow to soak turning over both sides
In small bowl mix yogurt, honey and almond extract, set aside.
In large frying pan, medium heat coated with cooking spray add bread and cook until brown on both sides.
Serve topped with yogurt ,raspberries and bananas.
