    Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat Bagel
    One slice of muenster cheese
    1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing
    1 teaspoon of honey mustard
    2 tablespoons of sauerkraut
    1/4 cup of avocado, mashed
    1 tablespoon of olive oil


Spread one slice with honey mustard and avocado and one slice with thousand island dressing and sauerkraut.
Spray skillet with olive oil and place bagel dry side down. Cook over med. heat for 4 minutes and then add the slice of cheese and cover for one minute. Yummmmmm.....

  • My husband and I had these sandwiches for lunch today. Once we got over look of the sandwich (the green of the avocado threw us a bit, I have to say!) we really enjoyed them!!! Definitely a good subsitute for a regular reuben. - 3/12/07
