Almond Milk Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
6 oz Almond Milk Original1/2 banana10 blueberries1/4 cup oats1 cup or less light n fit yogurt plain or vanilla
Directions
First put in the yogurt, put in half the banana (frozen works too), add blueberries, add 6 oz of almond milk or soy milk (almond makes it sweet), add oats for a nice carb similar to granola but less calories and tastes the same.
